Reiza Studios continues to build anticipation for upcoming Automobilista 2 content with another cryptic teaser shared on social media alongside the message:
"We are not ready to leave the 2000's just yet..."
The image showcases two silhouettes that have quickly caught the attention of the sim racing community. According to widespread community speculation, the cars appear to be the legendary Saleen S7-R and the McLaren MP4/20 Formula One car.
The Saleen S7-R became one of the most recognizable GT race cars of the 2000s, competing in FIA GT, the American Le Mans Series and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Its aggressive design and powerful V8 engine helped it earn a place among the most iconic GT1 cars of its era.
The upper image is believed to depict the McLaren MP4/20, the team's 2005 Formula One challenger. Driven by Kimi Räikkönen and Juan Pablo Montoya, the MP4/20 is widely regarded as one of the fastest Formula One cars of the V10 era.
Although Reiza has yet to officially confirm the identities of the vehicles, the teaser strongly suggests that AMS2's exploration of 2000s motorsport is far from finished.
