  • Damping around 30 keeps the car stable without muting grip loss.

Force

Maximum Torque

Default

Maximum base torque.

Model dependent: check the table above.

Range: Nm

Slew Rate (Torque Acceleration Limit)

Default

Limits how fast torque is applied. Max = fastest response; lowering it softens the feel.

Asetek recommends 6.0 on Invicta/Forte and 4.0 on La Prima for rFactor 2; in AMS2 it is a reasonable starting point.

Range: Nm/ms

Mechanical feel

Damping

Default

Smooths FFB and adds weight; you may lose detail in exchange.

Range: 0 – 100%

Friction

Default

Constant friction: simulates the tyre rubbing the track surface.

Range: 0 – 100%

Inertia

Default

Wheel weight: with high inertia, inputs have a longer tail.

Range: 0 – 100%

Asetek-specific

Torque Behavior Prediction

Default

Smooths rough edges while keeping detail.

Range: 0 – 100%

Cornering Force Assist

Default

Reduces FFB weight during prolonged cornering: less arm fatigue.

Useful in long GT races if you finish with dead arms.

Range: 0 – 100%
