The E-Stop Switch is MOZA’s emergency stop button, designed to cut the Direct Drive instantly in the event of a fault, a bug, an uncontrollable spin or bad handling. It offers three modes depending on the connection: via USB or RJ11 to the base/dash it pauses force feedback while held (restoring it on release), and via RJ9 to the E-STOP port it cuts power completely (requiring a base restart). It is made of aeronautical aluminium alloy, with a clearly visible red colour. It is a highly recommended safety extra on high-torque bases.
