Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of terms
Accessing and using Gonky Racing implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must leave the site. Continued use following any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Service description
Gonky Racing is a competitive ecosystem for Automobilista 2 that connects drivers, communities and servers. It includes:
- Race statistics and results from servers connected to the platform.
- Driver rankings via GR (GRating) and SR (Safety Rating) systems with a licence system.
- Live timing with real-time status of active servers and sessions.
- User dashboard with personal history, editable profile and activity tracking.
- Community system with championships, events, news and dedicated servers.
- Node Manager: application to manage AMS2 servers linked to the ecosystem.
- Wiki with guides, track pages, vehicles and Automobilista 2 classes.
- Membership system with access to advanced features.
3. Registration and user account
Full access requires Steam authentication. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Steam credentials. Gonky Racing does not store passwords.
Creating fake accounts, impersonating others or manipulating statistics in any way is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
4. Paid memberships
Premium paid memberships are subject to the following conditions:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account panel; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- No refunds are issued except as required by applicable consumer law.
- Promotional codes are single-use per account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. User conduct
The user agrees to:
- Not make fraudulent or abusive use of the service.
- Not attempt to access parts of the system for which they are not authorised.
- Not publish offensive, illegal or rights-infringing content on their public profile.
- Respect the community's on-track conduct rules.
- Not manipulate results, times or statistics in any way.
6. Communities and administrators
Community administrators on Gonky Racing assume responsibility for managing their members, own servers and content published in their space. Gonky Racing acts as infrastructure and is not responsible for the management decisions of each community.
Communities must comply with these Terms and may not be used for illegal, fraudulent or platform-rule-violating activities.
7. Node Manager and server operators
Those who install and operate the Node Manager assume responsibility for the hardware, connection and server configuration. Gonky Racing provides the software and ecosystem integration, but does not guarantee server operation or take responsibility for its management.
The node operator is responsible for ensuring the server complies with platform conduct rules and for properly managing driver access.
8. Intellectual property
The code, design and original content of Gonky Racing are exclusively owned by Gonky Racing. Game statistics are generated automatically and are public within the platform. Users may share results with attribution to Gonky Racing.
9. Limitation of liability
Gonky Racing is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability. We are not responsible for damages arising from statistical errors, service interruptions or decisions made based on platform data.
10. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to gonkyracing@gmail.com. Your personal data will be anonymised immediately in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions will be cancelled without proportional refund unless applicable law states otherwise.
11. Modifications
Gonky Racing may modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance via a notice on the website.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile for any dispute arising from their interpretation or application.
